Studio Etiquette
Welcome to our studio! To ensure a peaceful, respectful, and smooth experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines when you come to practice:
Arrive on Time
Our doors open 15 minutes before class starts. If you arrive early, please be prepared to wait outside or in your car while we finalize preparations for class.
To preserve the tranquil atmosphere of the studio, we kindly ask that you arrive no later than 5 minutes before class begins. Late arrivals disrupt the flow of the class, and you will be asked to wait until the instructor is ready for you to enter.
Check-In
Please check in with the front desk staff upon arrival, regardless of whether you are a new or long-time member.
If the line at the desk is long, feel free to leave your personal items in the designated area and then return to complete your check-in. We appreciate your patience!
Respect Front Desk Staff
Please do not walk past the front desk assuming that the person behind it knows who you are. Checking in is essential for us to ensure accurate class records and to assist you with any questions or needs you may have.
Personal Belongings
Please store your personal items in the designated areas or cubbies, and be mindful of other students when using shared space.
Inside the practice space, we encourage you to keep your space clear of unnecessary items to maintain a clean, serene environment for everyone.
Cell Phones
Please silence your phone or leave it with your personal items during class to avoid distractions. We always have someone on staff at the desk, and keep the doors locked during practice, so your things are safe.
Respect the Space
Please put props back as you found them and clean your mat if you borrowed one (cleaner is on the prop shelves).
If you notice any issues in the studio (e.g., spilled water, misplaced props), please let us know so we can address it.
Thank you for helping to keep our studio a calm, respectful, and welcoming space for everyone. We’re grateful to have you as part of our community and look forward to practicing with you!
