Form and Flow

This class will help you fine-tune your practice and discover the sweet spots in every pose. We’ll explore the fundamentals of asana in a playful way, with plenty of support and hands-on guidance to help you you feel secure, strong, and embodied.

Expect a mix of intentional movement, rigorous cueing and a few “aha!” moments as you explore shape-making in your body.

Vinyasa

Get ready to light up your mat and your mood with our playful, energizing Vinyasa flow! This class is all about finding your rhythm as we move through dynamic sequences that link breath with movement.

Expect a mix of flowing transitions, pranayama and a dash of creativity to keep things fresh and fun. Yogis will leave feeling strong, balanced and totally blissed out. Come for the flow, stay for the glow!

Morning Flow

Start your day with a gentle, uplifting flow that sets the tone for a peaceful and productive day ahead. In this class, we’ll move through calming sequences designed to awaken your body, ease morning stiffness and center your mind.

This class offers a chance to stretch, release tension and find your inner calm before the hustle and bustle begins. Step onto your mat and greet the day with a smile.

Embodied Flow

A slower approach to asana, this class allows students to find authenticity and ease in their practice. A slow and gentle flow aids in a more consistent and sustainable practice by creating an environment for embodiment.

Students can expect an emphasis on and awareness of body (parts), muscles, joints and bones, in addition to the “why” behind the movements and shapes. Attention will also be given to stability and strength building, meditation and pranayama techniques.

Yoga Lab

This class is about discovering the finer details that make a big difference - think micro-adjustments, intentional muscle engagement and finding a sweet spot in every pose.

With a playful, curious approach, we’ll break down shapes and explore new ways to refine and elevate your practice. Whether you’ve been practicing for a while or are just feeling ready to dig a little deeper, this class will offer fresh insights, playful rigor and a stronger foundation.

Foundations

This class is the perfect place to plant the seeds of your yoga practice! We’ll guide you through the basics, helping you build a strong foundation for your journey on the mat. From learning key poses to understanding the essentials of breath, it’s all about getting you comfortable and confident in your practice.

You’ll get clear instruction with plenty of encouragement and a sprinkle of playfulness. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or just looking to brush up on the fundamentals, you’ll leave with a solid base and a big smile.

Restorative

This soothing practice is designed to help you melt away stress, release tension and reconnect with your inner calm. Using props like bolsters, blankets and blocks, we’ll support your body in restful poses that are held for extended periods, allowing you to fully unwind and rejuvenate.

This class is a sanctuary for anyone looking to slow down, recover or simply nurture themselves. Expect a peaceful atmosphere, soft lighting and a focus on mindful breathing as you drift into a state of pure bliss.

Happy Hour & A Half

Yoga Lab meets Vinyasa!

Ready to combine the art of precision with the joy of dynamic movement? This class blends the best of detailed alignment and playful flow to create a well-rounded, energizing practice. We’ll move through sequences that link breath to movement, all while zooming in on the finer details that make a big difference in your practice.

Yin Yoga

Slow it down and melt into the magic of deep, restful stretching. This calming, low-key class is all about giving your body the time and space to gently release tension and dive into long, delicious stretches. We’ll sink into each pose for several minutes, allowing your muscles to soften and your mind to find stillness.

Yoga for BIPOC & Allies

This class seeks to provide a safer space for BIPOC and their allies to come together, connect and find strength and peace through yoga.

We’ll move through a mindful practice that nurtures both body and spirit - whether you’re looking to unwind, find balance or simply share space with like-minded individuals, this class offers a supportive environment where everyone can feel seen, heard and valued.

This class is led by Tru's BIPOC instructors to promote social justice and equity throughout the yoga community. This class is pay-what-you-can.

Yoga for Queer, Trans & Allies

Step into a vibrant and affirming space where you can be your authentic self, surrounded by a supportive community. This yoga class is about celebrating our diverse identities while fostering connection and self-love. We’ll move through a thoughtful and inclusive practice designed to honor your body, with plenty of room for expression and exploration.

This class works toward creating a safer space, where everyone is welcome. Class is led by Tru's LQBTQIA+ instructors to promote social justice and equity throughout the yoga community. This class is pay-what-you-can.

Yogis in Recovery

Yogis in Recovery pairs a 45 minute open discussion meeting with 45 minutes of yoga on the mat. As a practice of moving meditation, yoga helps to address the dis-ease of addiction that affects the mind, body and spirit. Yogis in Recovery reminds us that when we move a muscle, we change a thought. All A’s are welcome, including those recovering from substance and process addictions, or simply curious about recovery. Members of all recovery programs are welcome. The only requirement is the ability to breathe. This class is pay-what-you-can, and embraces the recovery tradition of "we need you more than your money."

Get ready to push your boundaries and unlock new levels of strength and flexibility - this class is designed for those who love a challenge and want to test their limits, both mentally and physically. We’ll dive into more advanced asanas, explore deeper variations and tackle dynamic sequences that will have you smiling and surprising yourself.
